eBay, Inc. (NASDAQ: EBAY) reported Q4 EPS of $0.60, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.57. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.38 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.32 billion.
Sees Q1 adj-EPS of 50-51 cents on sales of $3.05-$3.15 billion, which compares to the Street estimate of 54 cents and $3.16 billion.
Sees FY12 adj-EPS of $2.25-$2.30, vs. the consensus of $2.31, on sales $13.7-$14 billion, vs. the consensus of $13.66 billion.
