Fastenal Co (NASDAQ: FAST) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.17 per share, or $0.68 annualized. This is a 21.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.14.
The dividend will be payable on February 29, 2012, to stockholders of record on February 1, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of January 30, 2012.
