Dahlman Rose downgraded JetBlue Airways (NASDAQ: JBLU) from Hold to Sell with a price target of $4.50.

Dahlman analyst said, "JetBlue's presence at NY's JFK International Airport has historically been positive for the company, allowing it to expand rapidly in the domestic US. With the recent slot swap agreement between Delta (NYSE: DAL) and US Airways (NYSE: LCC) taking effect, JetBlue will now face a very tough competitor in the domestic US in Delta. Delta launched a fare sale for flights out of LaGuardia to increase leisure demand. We believe Delta will continue to focus its efforts in this market, so that over the next two years, travelers east of the Hudson River will fly Delta almost exclusively."
