Homeowners Choice (Nasdaq: HCII) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.6 annualized. This is a 20% increase from the prior dividend of $0.125.
The dividend will be payable on March 16, 2012, to stockholders of record on February 17, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of February 15, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 7.2 percent.
