Core Laboratories N.V. (NYSE: CLB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.28 per share, or $1.12 annualized. This is a 12% increase from the prior dividend of $0.25.
The dividend will be payable on February 24, 2012, to stockholders of record on January 24, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of January 20, 2012.
