COPT (OFC) Lowers Quarterly Dividend 33.3% to $0.275; Yields 5.1%

Corporate Office Properties Trust (NYSE: OFC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.275 per share, or $1.1 annualized. This is a 33.3% decrease from the prior dividend of $0.4125.

The dividend will be payable on April 16, 2012, to stockholders of record on March 31, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of March 28, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.1 percent.
