Goldman Sachs upgraded Rockwell Automation (NYSE: ROK) from Neutral to Conviction Buy with a price target of $89, suggesting 22% upside citing a more offensive near-term approach.

The firm raised FY2012-14 EPS to $5.55/ $6.15/ $6.75 on slightly higher organic growth (11% vs. 9% in FY12), supported by their updated capital goods capex work, which points to 10-11% growth in 2012.
