Delta Apparel (AMEX: DLA) 23% LOWER; sees Q2 loss of $1.58-$1.62 per share on sales of about $105 million. Cuts FY12 sales guidance to $480-$500 million, which compares to the Street estimate of $514 million. Click here to see the full report.

Urban Outfitters (Nasdaq: URBN) 15% LOWER; announces its CEO Glen Senk is resigning. The company has named Richard Hayne as its new CEO.

Internet Patents (Nasdaq: INSW) 10% HIGHER; declares special cash dividend of $5/share.

Super Micro Computer (Nasdaq: SMCI) 8% LOWER; reports prelim. Q2 sales $249-$250 million, which compares to the Street estimate of $272.3 million. Prelim. adj-EPS of 24-25 cents, vs. cons. 29 cents. The company had previously guides Q2 sales to $260-$280 million and EPS of 27-33 cents.

Mattress Firm Holding Corp. (NASDAQ: MFRM) 6% HIGHER; the Company now expects net revenue to be in the range from $690 million to $695 million, compared to net revenue of $494 million for fiscal 2010 ended February 1, 2011. The Company previously disclosed expected net revenue ranging from $685 million to $690 million for fiscal 2011. The Company's improved guidance reflects stronger-than-anticipated net revenue for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2011.The Street is forecasting $687.19 million for the year. Comparable-store sales for fiscal 2011 are expected to reflect an increase of 18% to 19%. The Company previously disclosed an expected increase in comparable-store sales of 16% to 17% for fiscal 2011.

Crocs (Nasdaq: CROX) 5.9% HIGHER; sees Q4 sales at the high end of its previously-issued range, expects to post FY11 sales over $1 billion. The Street is currently expecting FY11 sales right at $1 billion. Click here to see the full report.

Hill-Rom Holdings (NYSE: HRC) 4.3% LOWER; sees Q1 sales about $381 million, which compares to the Street estimate of $392.3 million and EPS of 52-53 cents, vs. the consensus estimate of 56 cents. Cuts its FY12 adj-EPS guidance from $2.45-$2.55 to $2.45-$2.50, vs. the consensus of $2.52.

Synnex Corp. (NYSE: SNX) 3.1% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.37, $0.23 better than the analyst estimate of $1.14. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.84 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.82 billion. Synnex Corp. sees Q1 2012 EPS of $0.89-$0.93, versus the consensus of $0.89. Synnex Corp. sees Q1 2012 revenue of $2.48-$2.58 million, versus the consensus of $2.55 million.

Royal Gold, Inc. (NASDAQ: RGLD) 3.1% LOWER; has agreed to sell 4.0 million common shares of Royal Gold to Goldman, Sachs & Co. in an underwritten at-the-market public offering.

Coldwater Creek Inc. (Nasdaq: CWTR) 2.9% LOWER; Expects to report a loss per share of $0.18-$0.24 for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2011, which compares to its previous guidance of a loss of $0.13-$0.21 per share. The Street sees a loss of 17 cents per share. This compares to a loss per share of $0.40 in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2010 which included a non-cash charge of $2.9 million, or $0.03 per share, related to certain retail store asset impairments.

Two Harbors Investment Corp. (NYSE: TWO) 2.8% LOWER; to offer 25 million shares of common stock.

Stryker (NYSE: SYK) 2% HIGHER; sees Q4 sales $2.2 billion, which compares to the Street estimate of $2.23 billion. Expecting a 16 cent per share charge during the quarter related to job and cost cuts. Sees FY11 EPS of $3.72-$3.74, which compares to the Street estimate of $3.73. The company is now anticipating acquisition and integration-related charges of about 37 cents per share during the year. Sees FY12 sales (constant currency) up 3.5-6.5 percent, excluding the impact of forex and acquisitions, the company sees sales up 2-5 percent. Sees FY12 EPS up in the double-digit percentage range over FY11 EPS.

Microsoft (Nasdaq: MSFT) 1.1% LOWER; an exec speaking at CES said PC sales during the fourth-quarter may have been worse than forecast. The exec cited flooding in Thailand.
