Deutsche Bank initiates coverage on Acadia Healthcare (NASDAQ: ACHC) with a Hold. PT $13.50.

Deutsche analyst says, "Key points are: (1) We are positive on behavioral sector, although ACHC's higher RTC mix is somewhat riskier, the co. is well-positioned for growth. (2) Upside EPS drivers include compelling margin improvement opp'y and pot'l M&A. (3) L-T, M&A target pool is good but shrunken vs. "old PSI days." (4) ACHC's leadership is experienced and has created value in the past, but current governance structure is sub-optimal. Hold rating underpinned by positive risk/reward, but offset by recent run-up and thin float/volatility."
