Francesca's (Nasdaq: FRAN) reports sales for the holiday period ended December 31st increased 52.7 percent to $49.2 million. Same-store sales rose 14.1 percent.
Now sees Q4 sales of $58.5-$59.5 million and net income of $7.1-$7.6 million, or EPS of 16-17 cents. The Street is currently looking for $55.53 million and EPS of 15 cents.
Francesca's had originally expected Q4 sales of $55.5-$57 million and EPS of 14-15 cents.
