CBIZ, Inc. (NYSE: CBZ) today announced that it has acquired Meridian Insurance Group, LLC of Boca Raton, FL, effective January 1, 2012.
Meridian has 22 employees and is expected to contribute approximately $4.4 million in revenue to CBIZ during 2012. Other financial terms were not disclosed.
