Goldman Sachs resumes coverage on Bankrate (NYSE: RATE) with a Buy rating and $26 price target.
The firm said RATE is well positioned to benefit from the ongoing shift of consumer purchasing decisions and advertisers' budgets online.
Goldman said the stock warrants a higher premium to the broader internet group due to its growth drivers, the high degree of financial leverage in the company's model, ongoing innovation in the category, and the significant competitive advantage.
