52-Week High:
  • RAM Energy Resources, Inc. (Nasdaq: RAM) high of $2.96. RAM surging 47 percent on the session after it said it entered an agreement for the placement of $275 million in new common stock, a $275 million five-year convertible note, and warrants for the purchase of an additional 110 million shares of common stock.

  • Brinker International Inc. (NYSE: EAT) high of $27.20. Could be moving tied to the Yum! (NYSE: YUM) sale of A&W Restaurants to Great American Brand, LLC, a partnership of domestic and international A&W Restaurant franchisees.

  • Kodiak Oil & Gas Corp. (NYSE: KOG) high of $9.47. Kodak is moving 3.7 percent today as crude prices are moving higher on economic data Friday.
52-Week Low:
  • CPI Corp. (NYSE: CPY) low of $1.82. CPI Corp, continuing lower after yesterday's earnings miss. CPI fell 65 percent on Thursday following results. Click here to see the numbers.
