RAM Energy (Nasdaq: RAM) 27.9% HIGHER; traders pushing the stock higher once again today following an 82 percent surge yesterday on the heels of a $550 million recapitalization yesterday.
North American Energy Partners (NYSE: NOA) 26.9% HIGHER; appears to be bouncing over the 200-day SMA this morning. An analyst at Alta Corp Capital upgraded the stock from Sector Perform to Outperform earlier.
Rambus (Nasdaq: RMBS) 14.6% HIGHER; announced late Thursday it entered into a licensing deal with Broadcom Corp. (Nasdaq: BRCM) for a range of integrated circuit products. Additionally -- and certainly more up Rambus' alley -- the two companies settled outstanding litigation between them.
Calamp Corp. (NASDAQ: CAMP) 14% LOWER; reported Q3 adjusted EPS of $0.09, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.03. Revenue for the quarter came in at $32.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $32.25 million. Calamp Corp. sees Q4 2011 EPS of $0.06-$0.10, versus the consensus of $0.04. Calamp Corp. sees Q4 2011 revenue of $34-$38 million, versus the consensus of $34.2 million.
Synutra (Nasdaq: SYUT) 10.8% HIGHER; stock continues to push higher, possibly in sympathy with action in Mead Johnson over the last two sessions. The stock was up about 7 percent yesterday.

Shutterfly (Nasdaq: SFLY) 7.6% LOWER; provided preliminary financial information for its fourth quarter. Based on preliminary, quarter-to-date financial information, Shutterfly now estimates that its fourth quarter 2011 net revenues will range from $259 million to $264 million compared with its previous guidance of $270.5 million to $275.5 million. The Street sees revs of $267.76 million. In addition, the Company now estimates that its fourth quarter adjusted EBITDA will range from $84 million to $88 million compared with its previous guidance of $96.3 million to $101.1 million.
Verso Paper (NYSE: VRS) 7.6% LOWER; the company today received a letter from the New York Stock Exchange notifying them that it has fallen below the NYSE’s continued listing standard relating to market capitalization.
PHH Corp. (NYSE: PHH) 7.2% LOWER; stock continuing lower today following a 14 percent decline yesterday amid an S&P downgrade. Shares are below $11 today.
