Motorola (MMI) Makes One Final Acquisition Before Google (GOOG) Deal Closes...

According to AllThingsD, Motorola Mobility (NYSE: MMI) is said to have acquired online video listing data provider SetJam.

CEO Ryan Janssen is said to have sent out an email with the announcement. A quick scan of SetJam's website affirms that no announcement was made there.

Motorola Mobility is slated to be acquired by Google (Nasdaq: GOOG), in a deal announced last August. Motorola shareholders will get $40 per share in cash, according to details.

Shares of Motorola Mobility are just about flat Thursday afternoon.
