Deutsche Bank maintains a 'Hold' on Bed Bath & Beyond (NASDAQ: BBBY) price target of $65.00.

Deutsche analyst says, "We are forecasting $0.85 and 3.5% comps vs consensus of $0.89 and 4% comps. But, we see significant upside for two reasons. First, BBBY has a track record of beating estimates, with the average beat over the past 10 years being 9%. Secondly, industry sales trends have accelerated, pointing to a comp acceleration versus last quarter. We balance the likelihood of a beat with a relatively full valuation to maintain our long term Hold rating although we believe this quarter should be a catalyst." (Deutsche's Q4 EPS estimate is $1.29 and FY12 is $3.78, FY13 is $4.40)
