Barclays maintains an 'Overweight' on Delta Air Lines (NYSE: DAL) price target of $14.00.

Barclays analyst says, "Delta's investor day focused on the longer-term story and reinforced key themes like capacity discipline, strategic focus, efforts to drive cost reductions and de-leveraging. 4Q guidance was revised with EBIT margin now expected to be 100 bps higher than prior guidance. Guidance for 2012 was largely in line with the exception of slightly higher non-fuel costs."

"4Q guidance revised up; set up strong for 2012: We are making minor revisions to estimates following the event; 4Q EPS increases from $0.30 to $0.40 while 2012 EPS declines slightly from $2.60 to $2.40."
