The Ensign Group (ENSG) Raises Quarterly Dividend 9.1% to $0.06; Yields 1%

The Ensign Group (NASDAQ: ENSG) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.06 per share, or $0.24 annualized. This is a 9.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.055.

The dividend will be payable on January 31, 2012, to stockholders of record on December 31, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of December 29, 2011.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1 percent.
