Urstadt Biddle Properties Inc. (NYSE: UBA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.2475 per share, or $0.99 annualized. This is a 1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.245.

The dividend will be payable on January 20, 2012, to stockholders of record on January 6, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of January 4, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.7 percent.
