United Tech (UTX) Unit Automated Logic Corp. Acquires Yankee Technology

Automated Logic Corporation (ALC), a leading provider of innovative building automation solutions that maximize energy efficiency while ensuring occupant comfort, has acquired Yankee Technology, Inc. (YTI), an independent ALC controls contractor with offices in Ludlow and Marlborough, Massachusetts. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Automated Logic Corporation is a part of UTC Climate, Controls & Security Systems, a unit of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE: UTX).
