FutureFuel Chemical Company., a wholly-owned subsidiary of FutureFuel Corp. (NYSE: FF), announced that it has finalized an agreement with Emerson Electric (NYSE: EMR) to purchase the vacant White-Rodgers facility in Batesville, Arkansas.
Sam Dortch, Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Batesville FutureFuel Chemical Company facility, reported that there are no current plans for expansion of the Batesville facility into the White-Rodgers building. The facility will be used for warehouse storage and fleet parking.
