First Interstate BancSystem, Inc. (FIBK) Raises Quarterly Dividend 6.7% to $0.12; 3.8% Yield

First Interstate BancSystem, Inc. (NASDAQ: FIBK) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share, or $0.48 annualized. This is a 6.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.1125.

The dividend will be payable on January 17, 2012, to stockholders of record on January 3, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of December 29, 2011.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.8 percent.
