Boeing Co. (NYSE: BA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.44 per share, or $1.76 annualized. This is a 4.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.42.
The dividend will be payable on March 2, 2012, to stockholders of record on February 10, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of February 8, 2012.
