Canaccord Genuity reiterates a 'Buy' on St. Mary's (NYSE: SM) price target raised from $121 to $125.
Canaccord analyst, John Gerdes, said, "We are raising our target price due to capital productivity refinements related to the non-operated Eagle Ford drilling promote. SM represents our top mid-cap pick for ’12. We believe Eagle Ford productivity should be more fully appreciated by the Q1 reporting cycle after the completion of a significant Eagle Ford midstream expansion this month. SM offers ~20% more upside than the sector, in our view, as the stock trades at a 10%+ discount (’12E EBITDA) though offers 40% greater CFPS growth (’11-’13E)."
