Barclays maintains an 'Overweight' on VeriFone (NYSE: PAY) price target of $55.00.

Barclays analyst, says, "We continue to view PAY as a solid organic growth story, with a number of core and emerging drivers allowing the standalone business to outperform guidance and expectations. Given that PAY is currently integrating or set to integrate two transformational deals, we believe it's worth taking a closer look at VeriFone's standalone, post-Hypercom, and post-Point revenue distribution by geography (with estimates for breakdown by broad operating region and within Europe), mix of system solutions versus services revenue, and the related transition in PAY's capital structure."
