Monmouth Real Estate (MNR) Completes 2 Million Share Offering

Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corporation (NYSE: MNR) announced the closing of its previously announced registered direct placement of 2,000,000 common shares at a price of $8.39 share. The Company received net proceeds of approximately $16.2 million which it intends to use to purchase properties in the ordinary course of business and for general corporate purposes.
