Zynga, Inc. (Nasdaq: ZNGA), filed an amended registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The company plans to sell 100 million shares, and sees and offering price of $8.50 to $10 per share. Zynga plans to list on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker "ZNGA."
The offering is being made through Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, BofA/Merrill Lynch, Barclays Capital, J.P. Morgan, and Allen & Company.
Zynga is a leading social game developer with 227 million average monthly active users, or MAUs, in 175 countries.
