On November 29, 2011 Mr. Aryeh purchased 91,800 shares of MYRX for $2.578 and then purchased another 9,900 shares on November 30, 2011 at $2.605 per share.
Following the two purchases, Mr. Aryeh owns 360,026 shares through JALAA Equities LP and 9,900 shares through Trust.
