PennantPark Floating Rate Capital (NASDAQ: PFLT) declared a monthly dividend of $0.07 per share, or $0.84 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on January 3, 2012, to stockholders of record on December 23, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of December 21, 2011.

The annual yield on the dividend is 8.1 percent.
