This report is an intraday check of some of the more notable stocks that have hit a 52-week high or low so far today.

- Inhibitex, Inc. (NYSE: INHX) high of $16.49. Inhibitex continues higher following positive results reported for INX-189 on Tuesday. Shares moved an additional 13 percent to the new mark today.
- Macy's, Inc. (NYSE: M) high of $33.00. Macy's popped 2.1 percent earlier Thursday to the new mark, after reporting a 4.3 percent jump in November comps ahead of the bell. The retailer affirmed it's fourth-quarter comps outlook as well.
- Costco Wholesale Corp. (Nasdaq: COST) high of $87.68. Costco moving 2.8 percent to the upside after reporting an 11 percent increase in November sales, as well as 6 percent core increase in comps.
- Kraft Foods Inc. (NYSE: KFT) high of $36.63. Kraft gapped higher Thursday, moving above the $36 resistance point. Volume on the move was about average, though there was a large 218,000 block trade moving the stock down through the $36.56 level, which it hasn't been above since.
- Gildan Activewear Inc. (NYSE: GIL) low of $16.52. Gildan reported rather strong results, but investors are selling the outlook. For the first-quarter of 2012, Gildent sees a loss of 40 cents per share and revenue of $300 million, both far below views calling for earnings of 29 cents per share and revenue of $415.1 million. For fiscal 2012, Gilden anticipates earnings of $1.30 per share with revenue of $1.9 billion, versus the Street's outlook for EPS of $2.27 and $2.15 billion in revs.
- The Talbots Inc. (NYSE: TLB) low of $1.63. Talbots getting hit following third-quarter results. Talbots reported a loss of 22 cents per share on revenue of $279.5 million, mixed to views calling for a loss of 16 cents per share and revenue of $271.25 million. Comps for the quarter fell 5.1 percent.
- Inovio Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (AMEX: INO) low of $0.39. Inovio priced a an underwritten public offering of 6,737,247 shares of its common stock and warrants to purchase up to 5,052,935 additional shares of its common stock purchased by five institutional investors. The shares of common stock and warrants are being offered in units, consisting of one share of common stock and 0.75 of a warrant to purchase one share of common stock, at a price of $0.5195 per unit. Inovio also granted the underwriter a 45-day option to purchase at the public offering price up to an aggregate of 1,010,587 additional units to cover overallotments, if any. The warrants have a term of five years and an exercise price of $0.65 per share. Inovio may call these warrants if the closing bid price of the common stock has been at least $1.30 over 20 trading days and certain other conditions are met.
Gross proceeds of $3.5 million are expected.
- Stonemor Partners LP (Nasdsaq: STON) low of $20.55. Late Wednesda, Stonemor commented on it's increased credit facility, which moved to $120 million. "Increasing our secured credit is a great benefit to our business and especially our unitholders," said Lawrence Miller, CEO of StoneMor. "The action helps us to grow our pre-need sales business and to execute other vital components of our growth strategy," said Miller. Shares fell nearly 19 percent to the new low Thursday.
