Wisconsin Energy Corp. (NYSE: WEC) plans to declare a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share, or $1.2 annualized. This would be a 15.4% increase from the current dividend of $0.26.
The dividend is expected to be payable on March 1, 2012, to stockholders of record on February 14, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of February 10, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 3.6 percent.
The company also reaffirmed that it expects 2011 earnings to be in a range of $2.13 to $2.16 a share.
