Zynga Inc. (Nasdaq: ZNGA) is reportedly setting its IPO price at a range of $8 to $10 per share, seeking to raise $1 billion from the offering, according to sources Friday.

With the road show expected to commence on December 5th, estimates have an IPO launching in about two weeks.

The offering will be slightly smaller than Zynga originally anticipated, which was $2 billion in July.

At $8 - $10 per share, Zynga will command a enterprise value of $8 to $10 billion, again, about half of the $20 billion expected originally.

The amended filing hasn't been filed to the SEC website as of early Friday afternoon.
