Barnes & Noble, Inc. (BKS) Posts Surprise Q2 Loss; Guides FY11 EBITDA to Low-End of Range

Barnes & Noble, Inc. (NYSE: BKS) reported Q2 EPS of ($0.17), $0.20 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.03. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.89 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.98 billion.

The company expects full year EBITDA to be at the lower end of the previously issued range of $210 million to $250 million.
