Barclays maintains an 'Overweight' on UnitedHealth Group (NYSE: UNH) price target raised $1 to $61.00.

Barclays analyst says, "With the presentation of detailed financial guidance, we are updating our estimates for 2011 and 2012. First, we are raising our EPS estimate for 2011 to $4.55 per share, which mainly reflects the company's previous announcement that it expects to take its one-time charge related to the Penn Treaty matter in 2012, rather than 4Q11, as it previously expected. For 2011, we are increasing our estimate to $4.65 per share, up from $4.60, which is at the midpoint of the company's guidance range of $4.55-4.65. We have made some other tweaks to our segment and quarterly estimates given remarks from the investor day."
