UBS maintains a 'Neutral' on Northeast Utilities (NYSE: NU) price target raised $1 to $35.

UBS analyst says, "NU faces three key near-term issues: (1) forging an agreement by NST with the MA DPU to allow the pending merger with NU to be completed without material delay and serious financial consequence; (2) meeting transmission expansion goals, notably the last of the Northern Pass
rights of way, and successfully defending its FERC-allowed ROE; and (3) ongoing inquiries regarding the restoration times following the major storms in August and October. We expect (3) will garner the most media attention over the next 9-12 months."
