UPDATE - UBS initiates coverage on Ubiquiti Networks (Nasdaq: UBNT) with a Buy rating. PT $25.
UBS analyst says, "As a provider of next generation communications systems, we foresee the company benefiting from the insatiable need for affordable broadband access and mobility. We foresee revenues growing from $198m in FY11 to $543m in FY14 (CAGR of 40%), with EPS increasing from $0.48 in FY11 to $1.48 in the same time period."
"We believe a combination of a large addressable market (UBS estimate $25-30b) and innovative business model that leverages the power of the UBNT community, mitigating the need for direct sales, marketing and support, should drive above industry-average sales growth and operating margin (UBSe 34.3% in FY12; 32.9% FY13). With its products optimized for price performance, the threat from low-cost competitors is minimized as well."
