Icahn Sells 10.8M Shares of Vector Group (VGR)

In an SEC filing Wednesday afternoon, Carl Icahn disclosed the sale of 10,836,000 common shares of Vector Group (NYSE: VGR). The money manager sold the position Tuesday, November 22nd at a price of $17.71.

Icahn still holds about 3.96 million shares of stock.
