Shares of Diamond Foods, Inc. (Nasdaq: DMND) are seeing after-hours pressure on reports from CNBC's Herb Greenberg that Director Joseph Silveiri, who was on the audit committee, committed suicide.
According to Greenberg, "Silveiri recused himself from the audit committee's investigation into accounting quesitons (sic) for certain payments to walnut growers because he managed walnut properties."
