Bolt Technology Corp. (NASDAQ: BOLT) declared a special dividend of $1.00 per share, or $1 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on December 20, 2011, to stockholders of record on December 6, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of December 2, 2011.
The annual yield on the dividend is 10 percent.
Bolt said it's Board is also considering the institution of a regular quarterly dividend based on, among other things, future operating profitability.
