  • Wet Seal Inc. (Nasdaq: WTSLA) low of $3.06. Looking at Wet Seal's chart, and you'd second guess yourself as to when the retailer hit a 52-week low, but it was early on. • Frontier Communications Corporation (NYSE: FTR) low of $5.22. Frontier dipped following third-quarter earnings in early November, and shares haven't recovered since. Investors might have eyed the increase in acquisition costs. Further, average total revenue revenue per access line continued to fall to $79.22, from $79.42 last quarter, and $78.73 in the same period last year. Of course, many metrics in the report might have come under scrutiny as well.

Notably, peers AT&T (NYSE: T) and Verizon (NYSE: VZ) haven't fared much better in November, with European contagion crisis causing investors to become more cautious in investing.
