Wedbush Raises Price Target on TransDigm (TDG) Following Strong Q4 Results

Wedbush is reiterating its Outperform rating on shares of TransDigm (NYSE: TDG) while raising its price target from $100 to $108.

The company reported strong Q4 results topping the firm's and Street's estimate, which entail leads Wedbush to believe that its FY12 guidance is conservative.

For FY12, the firm estimates original equipment sales growth of ~20 percent and highlights with RPM growth of 4-5 percent, aftermarket growth could be 15 percent. Management stated aftermarket growth wasn't going to be nowhere near as high as it was in 2011.

For FY12, Wedbush is raising its EPS and sales estimates from $5.53 and $1.518 billion to $5.63 and $1.527 billion. For FY13, the firm tweaked its estimates from $6.05 and $1.745 billion to $6.28 and $1.65 billion.
