The IPO for Delphi Automotive PLC (NYSE: DLPH) opened at $21.25 after pricing 24,078,827 share IPO at $22 per share, the low end of the expected $22-$24 range.
The offering is being led by Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan.
Delphi is leading global vehicle components manufacturer and provide electrical and electronic, powertrain, safety and thermal technology solutions to the global automotive and commercial vehicle markets.
There are expected to be 328,244,330 shares outstanding after the offering.
