Deutsche Bank downgraded W.R. Berkley (NYSE: WRB) from Hold to Sell.
Deutsche analyst says, "W.R. Berkley is viewed as a key beneficiary of a cycle-turn in the P&C sector, though we are skeptical as to whether pricing is improving beyond trends in loss costs. Speculation regarding the potential for a cycle turn has driven shares of W.R. Berkley up 14% since Travelers' bullish October 19 commentary on the P&C rate environment, and we believe investors should take profits here."
