Goldman Sachs initiates coverage on Parametric Technology (NASDAQ: PMTC) with a Neutral. PT $23.00.
Even though the Sept. quarter may have marked a stabilization in its PLM segment, the company faces near-term headwinds in this growth biz, Goldman notes. In addition, an analysis showing a close correlation between PLM license revenue and PMTC's P/E multiple suggests limited upside.
