This report is an intraday check of some of the more notable stocks that have hit a 52-week high or low so far today.

52-Week High:
  • Jaguar Mining Inc. (NYSE: JAG) high of $8.18. Jaguar Mining ripped higher after it affirmed receiving proposals over the last few weeks. Further, the Board will evaluate the publicized unsolicited takeover offer.

  • Netlist (Nasdaq: NLST) high of $3.29. Netlist is continuing higher after a 66 percent move Tuesday upon announcing HyperCloud deals with IBM and H-P.

  • Kodiak Oil & Gas Corp. (NYSE: KOG) high of $8.50. Kodiak Oil & Gas moving higher again today on rising crude prices, and as Oppenheimer raised its price target from $7.50 to $10.50 on the stock.

  • Sally Beauty Holdings Inc. (NYSE: SBH) high of $20.94. Sally Beauty is moving higher following earnings. The company reported fourth-quarter EPS of 29 cents on revenue of $837 million, compared with views calling for EPS of 27 cents and revenue of $827.1 million.
52-Week Low:
  • FiberTower Corporation (Nasdaq: FTWR) low of $0.30. FiberTower getting slammed following news it will miss a $1.3 million semi-annual interest payment due on November 15, 2011, with respect to its 9.00% Convertible Senior Secured Notes Due 2012, as well as Chairman of the Board, John Kelly and another Board member, Phil Kelley, resigning from the Company's board of directors.

  • Chemed Corp. (NYSE: CHE) low of $48.10. Chemed lower following reports that a whistle blower has alleged the company defrauded the US government by conspiring with health insurers to only consider patients who were not dying. Chemed shares down 16.4 percent on the session to its new low.

  • Conmed Healthcare Management, Inc (Nasdaq: CONM) low of $2.62. Conmed terminated its merger agreements with Ayelet, as Aylet previously said it no longer in believed that they would be able to complete a financing substantially in accordance with their previously executed financing commitment letters. Conmed will get $2.29 million as a termination fee.

  • Geron (Nasdaq: GERN) low of $1.59. Geron continuing lower as WBB Securities and JPMorgan both downgraded shares, to Speculative Buy and Neutral, respectively. Geron shares are down 28 percent since Monday.
