Nomura Securities maintains a 'Neutral' on American Eagle Outfitters (NYSE: AEO) price target of $13.00.

Nomura analyst, Paul Lejuez, said, "AEO announced new CEO Robert Hanson from Levi’s. Mr. Hanson will succeed retiring CEO Jim O’Donnell, effective January 30, 2012. We believe his first public address will be on AEO’s 4Q earnings call on March 7. Mr. Hanson knows the denim business and brings a global perspective, energy and leadership. However, he has not run a retailer, has no public company experience, and has little experience with women’s or tops. We believe this will likely be a challenging transition."
