Johnson Controls, Inc. (JCI) Raises Quarterly Dividend 12.5% to $0.18; 2.3% Yield

Johnson Controls, Inc. (NYSE: JCI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share, or $0.72 annualized. This is a 12.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.16.

The dividend will be payable on January 3, 2012, to stockholders of record on December 9, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of December 7, 2011.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.3 percent.
