Griffin (GRIF) Declares $0.10 Quarterly Dividend; 1.5% Yield; May Change to Annual Payment
Griffin Land & Nurseries, Inc. (NASDAQ: GRIF) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share, or $0.4 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on December 6, 2011, to stockholders of record on November 29, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of November 25, 2011.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.5 percent.
Griffin also announced that its Board has considered its dividend policy for succeeding years and decided that, beginning in fiscal 2012, Griffin, rather than continuing to pay a quarterly dividend, will consider the payment of an annual dividend at the end of its fiscal year.
