On its Q4 conference call, Tyco (NYSE: TYC) said it is expecting Q1 EPS from continuing operations of about 77 cents, which compares to the Street estimate of 83 cents. Sales are expected to be about $4.2 billion, versus the consensus estimate of $4.28 billion.
Sees FY12 EPS of $3.50-$3.60, which compares to the Street estimate of $3.62. Sees sales of $17.5-$17.7 billion, vs. the consensus of $17.9 billion.
