Clorox Co. (NYSE: CLX) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.60 per share, or $2.4 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on February 13, 2012, to stockholders of record on January 26, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of January 24, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.7 percent.
